WRITING SOMETHING?
We read every submission. Send the first three chapters, a one-page synopsis and a short note about who the book is for — no need for a full manuscript yet.
How long does delivery take?
Nairobi is same day to an agent point or next day to your door. Central and Rift take one to two days, Western and Nyanza two to three, and the Coast two to four. Delivery is free over KSh 2,500.
I paid but my order still says awaiting payment.
M-Pesa occasionally confirms late. Send us the confirmation message and we will match it manually — your copies are held for you in the meantime, not released to another buyer.
When do e-books unlock?
The moment M-Pesa confirms. They appear in your library on this site and can be downloaded four times per title; message us and we will reset that if you change device.
Can I return a book?
Yes, within seven days if it is unread and undamaged, and always if it arrived damaged — send a photo and we replace it at our cost. E-books cannot be returned once unlocked.
